READING Elizabeth Hobbins MBE letter I could not help but recall that I’m still waiting my promised letter from Sir George Young.
Years ago – not weeks or months but years – I visited Sir George’s Saturday morning surgery in Union Street with a request for information.
I’m still waiting for a response, so it looks like Kit Malthouse is following in Sir George’s footsteps, even if he can’t fill his boots.
