I WAS seriously impressed with two members of Waitrose staff at about 10am on Friday, January 22.
Both Michaela Herbert and Annwen Walker showed a level of kindness, courtesy and a genuine concern to make my visit to the store, as stress free and comfortable as possible.
I had arrived to take receipt of 90 bags, but clearly unwell, with a raging temperature sneezing and a hoarse voice.
Seeing how under the weather I was, she graciously got me the bread that I had forgotten on my way round.
Annwen too, replenished the milk at the beverage machine area, loaned me a pen, whilst expressing sincere concern.
Andover can be rightly proud to have these lovely ladies in their midst.
