ON OUR way home from Andover we passed council workmen collecting rubbish from the verges, doing a very good job.
But, think how much money could be saved by the simple act of taking our rubbish home.
The money could be put to much better use, and if you add the total cost of cleaning up our dirty country it should shame us all into doing better.
