IN our phenomenally popular series the Andover Advertiser is publishing a “thank you” column featuring messages sent in by readers.
Whether you would like to show gratitude to a loved one or a complete stranger, this is the place to do it. Send messages to mike.sims@ andoveradvertiser.co.uk.
I WOULD like to thank the ‘Good Samaritan’ who found the Christmas cards my son lost when he was taking them to his brother’s for the greatgrandchildren.
I am the great nanny Yvonne who sent them. I had not tried the police station, as I felt that as the envelope was unopened they would probably be treated as rubbish, or the finder may have kept the money.
I replaced the cards and money so the children did not miss out. I am so pleased that the finder was so honest, so a big ‘thank you’ to him.

THANK you to everyone who came to help when I took a tumble on Bridge Street last week.
It’s nice to know so many people are willing to help. And thanks to the Advertiser for this wonderful column. Keep it up.
