I WOULD be grateful if through your columns I could thank the couple who stopped their car especially to pick me up when they saw me sprawled on the pavement in Charlton Road on 16 February.
They then took me to the Minor Injuries Unit to have cuts and bruises attended to by the kind staff there who work very hard and also know how to make a lovely cup of tea to treat shock. It all has restored my faith in good human nature.

THE Dogs Trust would like to say thank you to the people of Andover who donated during our Dogmobile re-homing roadshow on the High Street on Friday 10 February.
The event raised a total of £369.53 which will go to the care of over 15,000 dogs.
Laura Nicholas, Dogs Trust
