ALTHOUGH I am really pleased about having new modern facilities at Andover Leisure Centre I feel very let down by the way myself and others have been treated over not being consulted and given alternatives.
I have run two five-a-side football teams for almost 25 years and now find out after using my own initiative that this will all end on March 31 without any offer of providing alternative facilities.
I am speaking on behalf of all the other organisations who have been affected by these decisions and would like to think that Test Valley would offer an alternative solution as they have offered to swimmers with a temporary pool to enable these people to continue their sport.
Eighteen months to two years closure of the main hall is unacceptable!
