WE WOULD like to thank the young lady jogger called Heidi.
On Saturday morning, 19 March at around 10.45am, my husband was walking along the Charlton Road to collect his newspaper.
As he approached the railway bridge he tripped and fell quite badly.
His forehead and nose were cut deeply and badly grazed.
Heidi was on the scene and immediately helped my husband who was bleeding profusely using one of her jogging tops to help stem the flow of blood.
Heidi brought him home and I immediately took my husband to minor injuries.
I felt that we had not thanked this very kind young lady for assisting a senior citizen.
Heidi, thank you, we are very grateful.
