Tax rates falling?
IT’S not right that the borough council is trying to push responsibility for running public toilets from themselves onto coffee shops and other businesses.
Why should it be their job?
Isn’t this what we pay tax for?
If the council isn’t going to run this any more, can we expect a council tax cut?
Thought not.
