Where's Kilroy?
MY MIND was cast back the other day to the 1950s and 60s when many nationwide public toilet cubicles had graffiti written on the back of their doors saying among other things ‘Kilroy was here’ or ‘Kilroy wuz ere’.
Whatever happened to Kilroy?
Who can remember when the Guildhall had its own external public toilets open 24/7? Looking from the front the gents was at the far left corner and the ladies at the far right corner.
