Not surprised over recycle woe
AS A RATE payer who has never been impressed by the co-operation and assistance of staff at the Andover Recycling Centre.
I have complained to TVBC on at least two occasions; I was not surprised by your report on the pensioner’s predicament.
Could I request that you persevere with this topic and ensure that the outcome of HCC’s investigation is made public through the auspices of your newspaper?
