IN our phenomenally popular series... the Andover Advertiser is publishing a “thank you” column featuring messages sent in by readers.
Whether you would like to show gratitude to a loved one or a complete stranger, this is the place to do it. Send messages to mike.sims@ andoveradvertiser.co.uk.
PLEASE send a ‘thank you’ to Olly, a kind member of the Andover Library team who, when I got to the library late one afternoon, gave me 50p of his own so I could use the copying machine.
Unfortunately I had arrived with a £20 note as I hadn’t enough time to get any change.
Then, when I couldn’t work it, he did it for me.
I had urgently needed to copy some items about the conservationist known as Grey Owl for my Beaver Scouts the next day.
His help was much appreciated.
Sue Nias, Old Winton Road, Andover.
