I WRITE as a resident of, and in regard to, the condition of roads within the Picket Twenty development, Andover.
As a new first-time father walking my son along, but not limited to, Picket Twenty Way and Levy Road, I encountered significant mobility difficulties caused by a lack of crossing points and dropped, in addition to the existence of, high curbs.
Given also the lack of permeable surfacing and effective gullies increasing the propensity for roads on the development to flood, how can the oversight of incomplete roads be rectified?
