IT WAS great to be able to take time out of my day for Cllr Richard Rowles who has now gone independent from the Lib Dem party to stand on his own and form ‘The Andover Alliance’ (Advertiser, July 13, ‘Ex-party chief launches ‘new dawn’ vision’).

I think anyone trying to make the town and community better should be supported.
