EVERY time I go into the town centre there is always someone ready to pounce on the unsuspecting public: “Have you got a couple of minutes?”, “Which company are you with, Virgin or BT?” etc etc.
IF I was interested in your goods I would approach YOU, I am NOT interested in having Sky, I am not interested in someone jumping around in front of me, stopping me from moving either way, just to do a survey.
Okay, they have a job to do but this sort of behaviour is stupid – also, who I am with for my phone line is my business, no one else’s.
Get real people out there, have some consideration for the people you are approaching – you do not know them, they do not know you, think about it!
