COME on Andover. What’s
happened to our roundabouts?
They are a right
mess.
 

Take the Folly roundabout
for example, its long grass
and the so-called flowers.
It’s a mass of weeds.
 

You might as well put farm
animals on there. At least
they would keep the grass
short.
 

Where are all the lovely
flowers we used to have, the
gentleman and his mate who
used to keep these in excellent
condition planting the
flowers? Please come back.
 

And the grass on the
verges going into the town is
a mess.
 

Come on Andover council,
after all we do pay our council
taxes.
