FURTHER to R Yarlett’s letter dated 29 August regarding new requirements for household recycling.
The stickers placed on the bins were taken on board in our household and we now save our tin foil and textiles to take to the recycling centre.
This raises the question, what about the elderly and infirm who are unable to get to the centre?
Is there any kind of special arrangement to consider their needs?
Or is this yet another ‘improvement’ that hasn’t been thought through?
