AFTER a brief visit my brother was to return home on a National Express coach.
He booked a ticket online and I took him to the recently refurbished Andover Bus Station. There was no National Express arrivals/departure board or any reference to the coach.
I wondered if there was another coach station and on checking the ticket noticed it said the coach would leave from stand 10, yet the bus bays were alphabetical A-J. I panicked and it was only the arrival of a local bus and the driver assuring me the National Express coaches did leave from there that I could relax.
Is it too much to ask that a timetable be put up and that the information on a ticket corresponds to that on the ground?
