I DO not follow John Porter’s argument over the lack of safety on the Weyhill Road cycleway.
He mentions a cycling individual deaf to the world and close to the ground involved in a ‘road’ accident. How on earth would the happening of such an event be more or less likely on a cycleway? Do I learn from John’s writing that he is against the cycleway even though he told us he is a cyclist in a previous letter?
