The Post Office is failing to deliver to customers
I WAS not surprised by your front page item on our local postal service.
On 17 February I received a phone call from Salisbury Hospital asking if I could attend hospital on 23 February. The receptionist said she would send me written directions and confirmation of time and date that day.
The day of my appointment, my letter had still not arrived, I managed to find the department with difficulty.
When I arrived home I found the appointment letter on the door mat. It was stamped 1st class and dated 17 February.
