WELL done to the farmer who has allowed the ‘permissive path’ along the side of his field for people walking to and from Salisbury Road, Andover to the Andover Garden Centre.
I have been trying for some time to get Hampshire County Council to provide a path as this road is dangerous for anyone walking, particularly on dark mornings and nights.
