IN REPLY to the letter penned by Richard J Kidd, published on 13 May, regarding the closure of BHS and their failure to move forward with the times eg. not introducing online shopping.
I have been doing just that for at least 2-3 years now. On hearing of their closure, I first visited BHS Salisbury, then went online to buy all the items I wanted but which were not in stock in store in the requisite sizes.
The items have been delivered, right sizes and on time, and have since been worn!
