BROOKES Jeanette Amelia Passed away peacefully at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice, aged 77. A much loved Mum and Nanna who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Charlton Park Crematorium on 14th October at 10.30 am. Family flowers only please.
