TOPPING Charles William "Charlie" Passed away peacefully aged 68 years on 12th August 2021 after a short illness. Charlie will be greatly missed by his daughters Emma and Rebecca and his sons-in-law Gareth and Charlie. Thank you to everyone for their help and support during Charlie's illness and at this very difficult time. Funeral service to take place at Charlton Park Crematorium, Andover on Friday 3rd September at 1:30pm - all his friends are welcome. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, can be made to the Countess of Brecknock Hospice online via charlestopping.muchloved.com
