COOPER Andy Now tending the big garden in the sky having passed Wed 25 May, aged 75 years (but forever young!). Much loved husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. Many will remember Andy from his long service with Test Valley Borough Council maintaining the flower beds on Andover's roundabouts. A celebration of life will be held at Bournemouth crematorium on Friday 24th June 2022 at 11.30am. No black please; plenty of colour. Family flowers only.
