The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 19/09/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Lower Road (Part), Salisbury; from its property Bemerton Farm for a distance of approximately 330 metres in an easterly direction to enable Openreach to carry out tree cutting and fibre cabling works. Alternative route: via Lower Road (unaffected length) - Cherry Orchard Lane - A36 - Skew Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 08 September 2019 and the closure will be required for one day. For further information please contact A-Plant Lux Traffic Control (Openreach) on 03700500792. B) Pincroft Lane, Winterslow; from its junction with Mill Lane to its junction with Clough Lane to enable Openreach to permanently repair cabling to customer service. Alternative route: via Clough Lane - A30 - C335 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 02 September 2019 and the closure will be required until 06 September 2019. Slab Lane (Part), Redlynch; from property known as Ways Cottage for a distance of approximately 100 metres in an easterly direction to enable Wessex Drainage to carry out a sewer connection. Alternative route: via

Slab Lane (unaffected length) - B3080 The Ridge - Vale Road - Primrose

Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 02 September 2019 and the closure will be required until 09 September 2019. D) Elm Grove Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Wessex Road to its junction with Clarendon Road to enable HSC Worcester to carry repairs to telegraph poles. Alternative route: via Elm Grove Road (unaffected length) - Kelsey Road - Wessex Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 03 September 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 12:30 for one day. For further information

Lagpound Lane, Sutton Mandeville; from its junction with Sutton Hill to its junction with Sutton Row; F) Sutton Row, Sutton Mandeville; from its junction with Lagpound Lane to its junction with Lower Chicksgrove; G) Lower Chicksgrove, Sutton Mandeville; from its junction with Sutton Row to its junction with Chicksgrove Road to enable Wessex Water to carry out interim to permanent reinstatement. Alternative route: via Chicksgrove Road - C276 - High Street - A30 - C317 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 02 September 2019 and the closure will be required for one day. For further information please contact Victoria Armstrong (Wessex Water) on 03456004600. Orders (a) to (g) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses

where possible, although delays are likely due to the

nature of the works.
