Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Redbridge, 5 Bridge Street, Andover, SP10 1BE applied to Test Valley Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I.To extend the permitted standard terminal hour for sale of alcohol (on and off the premises), late night refreshment and regulated entertainment in the form of films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music and performance of dance (all indoors) to cease at 03:00 hours the following day on Fridays and Saturdays. 2. To extend the permitted standard terminal hour for opening to allow the premises to close at 03:30 hours the following day on Fridays and Saturdays. 3. To add conditions to the premises licence as agreed with Police and Environmental Health as detailed in the application. 4. To amend existing non standard timings for licensable activities as detailed in the application. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Manager, Legal and Democratic Service, Test Wiley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Waybill Road, Andover, Hampshire SPI0 3AJ, no later than 27 December 2019 stating the grounds for representation.
