TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 Notice of Public Participation (Regulation 12) Draft Appleshaw and Redenham Village Design Statement Draft Sherfield English Village Design Statement Supplementary Planning Documents
Village Design Statements (VDS) to provide design guidance for the Parish of Appleshaw and the Parish of Sherfield English have been prepared. If and when these documents are adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) by Test Valley Borough Council, they will form part of the Local Development Frameworks (LDF) for that area. The LDF forms the basis for decisions on land-use planning affecting that area.
Copies of the draft SPDs are available for public inspection at the following Council offices between the hours of 08.30 and 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.30 and 16.30 on Friday:
? Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire SP10 3AJ, and

? Former Magistrates Court, Church Street, ROMSEY, Hampshire SO51 8AQ

The draft SPDs can also be viewed on the Council's website and during library opening times at local libraries at Andover, Romsey, North Baddesley, Chandler's Ford and Lordshill. Representations can be made by either:
? Sent in writing to Planning Policy and Transport Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ; or

? Emailed to

Only those representations that are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above (in either hard copy or electronically) within the four week period ending at 16.30 hrs on Friday 6th February 2015 will have the right to have their representations considered. Any representation on the draft VDSs should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of adoption of the document as a SPD.
