NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER, THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO.14 (PART) PARISH OF LANE END) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2020 On 24 June 2020, Buckinghamshire Council confirmed the above Order as an unopposed Order pursuant to the provisions of section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Transfer of Functions, Property, Rights and Liabilities) Regulations 2008. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public bridleway running from SU8012-9091 NW for 232m to SU8007-9113, to alinerunning from SU8007-9113 SE for 37m to SU8009-9110, then Sfor 28m to SU8008-9107, then SEfor 69m to SU8012-9102, then Sfor 98m to SU8011-9092, then
SE for 12m to SU8012-9091. The Order also provides that the
Buckinghamshire Council definitive map and statement shall be modified accordingly. The Order came into force on 24 June 2020, but if apersonaggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers ofthe Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or ofany regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2ofSchedule 2tothe Act as applied by paragraph 5ofSchedule 6tothe Act, within 6weeks from 17 July 2020, make an application to the High Court.
The council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Temporary Prohibition of through Traffic) (Various roads, Chiltern) Order, 2020, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in various roads in [Chiltern District] as specified in the Schedule below. The closures are required whilst surfacing works take place between [27 July 2020] and [30 October 2020]. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2020 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE -"AR" = Alternative route Poles Hill, Chesham for the entire length. AR-Darvell Drive. Earl Howe Road, Holmer Green from A404 to Orchard Way. AR-Earl Howe Road, Pond Approach, The Common, Sheepcote Dell Road and Amersham Road. London Road, Great Missenden from Nags Head Lane to Whitefield Lane. AR-London Road, Missenden Bypass, Link Road and High Street. PLEASE NOTE: The full duration of this multi-order is to allow coordination ofanumber ofworks, and flexibility given their weather dependant nature. The actual times that each road will be closed for will be much less than this, and could be either day or night works only. The full details will be publicised on one.network when confirmed, with signs on the affected road erected two weeks before the closure.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Heath End Road, Little Kingshill in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Heath End Road from Peterley Lane for adistance of approximately 200 metres. Alternative route: Heath End Road, Spurlands End Road, Watchet Lane, Windsor Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection works take place commencingon20July 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. Road closure 24/7. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 July 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Various roads, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in West Wycombe Road/ Oxford Road for approximately 330m, Westbourne Street for approximately 100m, Desborough Road for approximately 300m and Suffield Hill for the entire length. Alternative route: Oxford Road, Abbey Way, Abbey Way Gyratory, Marlow Hill, Marlow Road, Desborough Avenue and vice versa. The closure is required whilst central median feature replacement and remedial works take place commencing on 27 July 2020 between
20:00 and 06:00. This willbeonWest Wycombe Rd, Oxford Rd,
Westbourne St, Desborough Rd and Suffield Hill under night road closures only. One 1roadwill be closed at any one time. The proposed Order willcome into operation on 27 July2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Smalldean Lane, Saunderton in the Parish ofBledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, inSmalldean Lane from A4010 for adistance of approximately 143 metres. Alternative route: Wycombe Road, Bradenham Wood Lane, New Road, Smalldean Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst New development works take place commencing on 3August 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00. This will be a24houraday road closure. The proposed Order will comeinto operation on 3August 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst Affinity Water works in the carriageway take place commencing on 2August 2020 between 17:00 and04:00. Theproposed Orderwill come into operation on 2August 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
