TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 Notice of Public Participation (Regulation 12) Draft Andover Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan A Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan (CAAMP) to provide guidance for future development in the Conservation Area of Andover has been prepared. If and when this document is adopted by Test Valley Borough Council, it will form part of the Local Development Frameworks (LDF) for that area. The LDF forms the basis for decisions on land-use planning affecting that area. A version of the draft CAAMP produced on behalf of Test Valley Borough Council by heritage consultants Purcell is available for public inspection on the Council's website at https://www.testvalley.gov.uk/consultations A video presentation will also be produced by Purcell explaining the document and will be made available to the public. Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no hard copies of the document available to view at Council Offices or at local libraries. Any representation on the draft CAAMP should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of adoption of the document. All representations received will be made available to view publicly.
