Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County Of Wiltshire (Salisbury) (Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways And On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2013 (Amendment No.30) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to amend The County of Wiltshire (Salisbury) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2013 (as amended) to change the on street pay and display parking charges available in the following car parking places Brown Street, Castle Street, Catherine Street, Chipper Lane, Cranebridge Street, Endless Street, Fisherton Street, Ivy Street, Milford Street, Salt Lane, Scots Street and Winchester Street to 30mins - £0.60 and 1hr - £1.80.

Section 14(1) Of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Marshmead Close, Clarendon; from its junction with Clarendon Road for its entire length to enable Independent Fibre Networks to carry out communication equipment repairs and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 30 June 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 12 July 2022. For further information please contact Acacial TM on 01453798403. B) Hatchet Hill (Part), Chute Forest and Chute; from its junction with Dummer Lane for a distance of approximately 450m in a south westerly direction to enable Openreach to replace an existing pole and associated works. Alternative route via Hatchet Hill (unaffected length) - Hookwood Lane - Malthouse Lane - Dummer Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 30 June 2022 and the closure will be required for 2 days. For further information please contact Openreach on 0808 100 043951. C) Petersfinger Road, Clarendon Park; from its junction with New Petersfinger Road for its entire length to enable Independent Fibre Networks to carry out underground and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 27 June 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 01 July 2022. D) Bulford Road (Part), Durrington; from its northern junction with Avondown Road to its southerly junction with Avondown Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out refurbishment of zebra crossing and associated works. Alternative route via Bulford Road (unaffected length) - Larkhill Road - A345 - Hackthorne Road -Church Street and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 21 February 2022 will now recommence on 27 June 2022 and the closure will be required between 08:00 and 17:00 until 08 July 2022. For further information please contact Wiltshire Council on 0300 456 0105. Orders A) to C) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Order D) has a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

Notice Of Making Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map Modification Order Highways Act 1980 And Wildlife And Countryside Act 1980 Wiltshire Council The Wiltshire Council Parish Of Collingbourne Ducis Unrecorded Restricted Byway (To Be Recorded As Path No.42) Diversion Order And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2022
The above named Order, made on 14 June 2022 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the restricted byway currently unrecorded in the definitive map and statement, at Sunnyhill Down, Collingbourne Ducis from its current position leading from its southe rn junction with path no.21 at OS grid reference SU 2447-5128 leading broadly north north east across Sunnyhill Down and the A.342 to its junction with path no.19 at SU 2461-5185 (with a width of 5 - 7.5 metres, approximate length 580 metres) to an alternative route leading from its southern junction with path 21 and path North Tidworth 11 at SU 2446 - 5182 leading broadly north to its junction with path no.19 at Sunnyhill Dairy, south of the A.342 at SU 2442-5168, with a width of 5 metres, approximate length 405 metres. The order will alter the Pewsey Rural District Council definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wiltshire Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

No.11 Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2022
The above order, made on 14th June 2022 if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by recording a width for footpath North Tidworth 11. A width of between 3 - 8 metres ( from OS sheets 48.15, 48.11 and 48.7,1:2500, 1900 edition) will be recorded for the path from its southern junction with Ludgershall Road at OS Grid reference SU 2389-4932 to its northern junction with path CDUC21 at SU 2446-5128.A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Definitive Map and Highways Records section, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN 0900 - 1700 weekdays.
