The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:-

12/02075/LBWS- Install satellite receiver dish to the south eaves of the house.- Spinney House Park Farm Somborne Park Road Little Somborne

12/02023/VARS - Variation of condition 5 of planning permission 09/02562/FULLS. A material start of the development is proposed which will lawfully implement the decision. It is proposed to lay foundations to block B and then wait until economic conditions improve before continuing with the development. Tree protection measures will only be required during the laying of these foundations and then it proposed to remove them pending a later continuation of the development. - Tree protective measures installed (in accordance with the tree protection condition above) relating to a material start on block B shall be maintained and retained for the duration of those works to block B in accordance with drawing 2008/36/01D and may be removed after the foundations are complete. The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 26th October 2012. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.

In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage
