Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 Proposed development at Land South of Mount Villas Upper Clatford I give notice that Mr and Mrs P Rigby having applied to Test Valley Borough Council for planning consent to build a new house are appealing to the Secretary of State against the decision of the Council. Any owner of the land* or tenant** who wishes to make representations
about this appeal should write to The Planning Inspectorate

of which is comprised in the land.
