LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon pic has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for the John Russell Fox, 10 High Street, Andover, SP10 1LJ.The proposed variation is to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans supplied by the applicant such variation to have effect upon the completion of works notified to the Licensing Authority in writing. Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing. There are no other changes to the premises licence. The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.testvalley.gov.uk at any time, Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing Co The Licensing Section, Legal and Democratic Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover SPIO 3AJ. Written representations must be received no later than I Ith April 2017. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries a maximum Rne of £5,000. Dated 14th March 2017
