Proposed development at Hedges Close Shipton Bellinger SP9 7TJ. I give notice that Aster Group is applying to Test Valley Borough Council for planning permission to undertake the demolition of existing horticultural shed and garages and the erection of 3 three bedroom houses.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Test Valley Borough Council at Beech Hurst Andover SP10 3AJ by 27th July2018.
'owner' means a person having a freehold or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, 'tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
