BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1972 DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act, 1972 that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council intends to dispose of the area of open space referred to in Column 1 of the Schedule below to the person referred to in Column 2 of the Schedule. A copy of the plan showing the location and approximate area of the appropriate plot by means of red edging may be inspected during normal office hours at the undermentioned Civic Offices. Any objections to the proposed disposal should be sent in writing to the undersigned within 21 days of the first publication of this Notice, by 12th April 2019.
