ANDOVER based Air Sea Logistics has been recognised for the quality of its commitment to the Palletways network, the UK’s largest palletised freight operation for the express delivery of small consignments of goods.
As part of its strategy to deliver exceptional customer service, Palletways launched a nationwide Partnership League last year to recognise the quality of commitment and co-operation amongst its network of 100 plus member companies, which includes Air Sea Logistics.
Members are assessed every quarter and receive a score against 12 ‘Principles of Partnership’, which include key performance indicators such as delivery on time or early, and providing customers with proof of deliveries online.
Malcolm Francis, Principal of Air Sea Logistics, said: “I’m delighted to have secured gold status, both personally and on behalf of all my colleagues at Air Sea Logistics.
“The Palletways Partnership League provides the vehicle for consistent high service levels across the network, which is critical to the success of an operation which comprises of independent operators.”
