I have been policing the local area for the last 17 years and spent the last 9 years in Andover. Previously covering Millway Ward. I am also an Equine Liaison Officer. So I assist in any equine related issues and can assist with Tack Marking and general crime prevention advice in this area. I am part of the Andover Neighbourhood Policing Team. I cover all the beats in the Andover town area, Helping detect and prevent crime & assisting the teams PCSO'S on their individual beat areas.

PC Peter Robinson

I Started 11 years ago as a young boy in Basingstoke. As you would expect it was sink or swim but managed to get through my probation. After working on shift I joined the beat officer and did a year and an half as the beat officer for Winklebury. I left Basingstoke for postings on both RPU and ARV working all over the county. I left after 8 years rejoining the response team at Andover. I am now part of the Andover Neighbourhood Policing Team. I cover all the beats in the Andover town area, Helping detect and prevent crime & assisting the teams PCSO'S on their individual beat areas.

PCSO Chloé Dunmall

My name is Chloé and I am a PCSO for Hampshire Constabulary. I am the beat officer for Alamein in Andover, which covers Roman Way, Cricketers and Augusta Park. I have 5 years experience within the police, two of which I was serving in the Kent Police Control Room. I am looking forward to working closely with the communities across Andover in order to provide a visible and reassuring presence. I am passionate about making positive changes and especially in engaging with young people both within schools and out on the street so that I can effectively deal with youth crime and anti-social behaviour. I am also a strong believer in supporting both vulnerable members of the community and victims of crime, dedicating part of my time on the beat to making home visits and building strong relationships.
If you see me out and about, please do not hesitate to come and speak to me regarding any issues or problems you may have. You may have trouble spotting me as I am only 5'1, but even though I am only small I hope to make a big difference.

PCSO Lee Thubron

My name is Lee Thubron I am the Police Community Support Officer for the Andover Town Centre Neighbourhood Policing Team.
Prior to joining Hampshire Constabulary I worked for 8 years as an Accredited Community Safety Officer, doing a very similar role.

I am passionate about forming links with the community and it's people and am here to help.
I shall be working with my colleagues within the area as a visible presence, providing reassurance and tackling anti social behaviour and crime.

PCSO Lisa Flowers

Hello my name is Lisa Flowers. I am the beat officer for Millway Ward, which includes locations such as John Hanson School, Salisbury Road, Floral Way & Monxton Road.
I started my career in 2010 originally covering the Andover Rural/Stockbridge areas for 5 and a half years and have recently moved over to Andover Town.
I am one of the force's MILOs - Mental Ill Health Liaison Officer. I am the point of contact for anyone who may be vulnerable or with mental health, and work with other agencies to help where we can to improve quality of life.
I enjoy getting to know the people in my community and tackling local issues.

Hello I my name is Adam Van-den-Heuvel, I am a new Police Community Support Officer who joined Hampshire Constabulary in September 2016, and currently based in Andover with the Neighbourhood Policing Team. I am PCSO Renee Broad and I joined Hampshire Constabulary in November 2016. I am the Beat Manager for the Harroway Ward. Prior to this I was a PCSO for 10 years in Gloucestershire where I worked in the Cotswolds, so I have good knowledge of the role and experience of partnership working. I am looking forward to getting to know my new area, meeting local people and putting my experience in to practice.

I am Sarah and I have been a PCSO for over four years now. I started my career in Basingstoke where I covered the town centre. I came to Andover in early 2017 and really enjoy it here.
I look forward to meeting new people and taking on any challenge that comes my way. I will always make sure I do the best job I can and I will do my best to tackle issues that are a priority for the community of Andover.

About this neighbourhood

Andover Town Centre takes in The Chantry Centre, Leisure Centre, Andover College, and High Street which plays host to open air markets twice a week. It is also home to many of the pubs and clubs used by visitors to the town in the evening and late into the night.
It is not solely commercial and there are many residential properties within the beat area.
