A planning manager is quitting Test Valley Borough Council less than six months after "appropriate action" was taken against her in relation to a controversial photo she posted on social media.

Pip Williams will leave her role as the council's planning enforcement manager later this month after facing "appropriate management action" over a photograph which showed her enjoying a day out with the director of a consultancy company, with which the council had spent almost £10,000.
