DETERMINED to succeed and raise funds for an Enham Alamein-based disability a group of runners completed the London Marathon.
The team of eight took on the 26.2-mile course for the Enham Trust and raised £11,416.00 between them.
Andy Williams, Carey Ballard, Fay Bostock, John Cleland, Lindsay Allister, Simon Schulze, Vicki Matheson and Madeleine Vose battled through the capital in 23-degree heat.
Matthew Spackman from the trust said: “I’d like to personally thank every runner who took part in the London Marathon on our behalf.
“Running a marathon is a true achievement of endurance and determination, and your fundraising makes a huge difference to the disabled people we support every day – thank you.”
