A WOMAN who lent a van to someone without having the right insurance has been fined.
Sian Eleanor Boxall, 35, allowed Robert Hurrell to drive her Ford Transit on January 3, 2018, when he was caught by police on the A303 near Longparish.
On Monday, July 23, at Aldershot Magistrates Court Boxall pleaded guilty to lending the van without the right insurance.
Boxall of Bethel Road, Bristol, was fined £120 and was slapped with six points on her licence.
She was told to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
