A DRIVER who was not looking straight ahead and failed to notice a turning car has been hit with points on his licence.
Lucas Baiao was driving along South Way, Andover, in his Vauxhall Vivaro van when he did not see a vehicle waiting to turn into a business premises.
At Aldershot Magistrates Court on Monday the 23-year-old was found guilty of driving without due care and attention.
Baiao, of Paddick Drive, Reading, was fined £660 and given seven points on his licence.
He must also pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
