A COUPLE who were caught ‘acting indecently’ in an Andover park have been given words of advice, according to police.
Officers were called to Town Mills pocket park at 11.27am today (September 11) to a report of two people engaging in indecent behaviour.
One witness said when an officer attended the pair, who are believed to be homeless, continued with their "sexual encounter".
Another added that the pair were removed by the officer who was then shouted at by another man in the park.
A Hampshire police spokesman said: “We were called at 11.27am to reports of indecent behaviour in the Waterloo Court area of Andover.
“Officers attended and spoke to a couple who were given words of advice.”
