VISITORS to Milestones Museum were transport back to the 1940s on Saturday, 29 September.
More than 600 guests were treated to a fashion show with a difference on the cobbled streets of the museum.
The Ration Fashion Show looked at fashion during the Second World War and visitors got to see models showing off vintage and period clothing which was provided by Hampshire Wardrobe.
Visitors were also given the opportunity to learn about ration coupons from Milestones Village’s Women's Institute member Crystal Glass, as well as trying their hand at sewing with the Save and Sew workshop and be transformed into wartime sweethearts by Pearl’s Pin Up Parlour.
