THE BEST of business was showcased at a networking event on Tuesday.

The BigGER Network was back for another year backed by Andover Women in Business, Test Valley Borough Council, Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and Andover Mutual Business Group.

Middle Wallop’s Museum of Army Flying also hosted the evening which saw 53 stallholders joined by delegates looking around to see what was on offer.

Andover Women in Business founder Andrea Barry said: "For our sixth annual event, we moved to the Museum of Army Flying, as the demand for exhibitor space had increased so much.

"It is very gratifying to have such a great turn out and the feedback has been wonderful.

"There is a real buzz - a great atmosphere - people want to chat and learn about each other's businesses."

Talks and speed networking sessions were also held for newcomers to meet fellow entrepreneurs, some coming from Salisbury and Basingstoke especially to tap into the Andover market.

From jewellery crafters to digital marketing agencies and catering companies the venue was filled with entrepreneurial spirit.

Tara Day from Norwex said at the event: "We're here to raise awareness as a company we have been in the UK for two years. We're still letting people know we are here really, this is a good way of introducing ourselves.

"We're having interesting chats with people on a personal and business level, various people have shown interest for using products for their business."
