A BINGO hall is hoping to have a full house of carers when it hosts a free special Halloween party.

Mecca Bingo, in Junction Road, has partnered with the Carers Trust for an evening of food, drink and games to reward their hard work on October 27.

Dubbed Care O’Clock, the party aims to highlight how little time unpaid carers have for themselves.

Simon Sparrow, club manager at Mecca Andover, said: “The team here works tirelessly to support carers and this is one of many activities we take part in to offer them a big thank you for the fantastic work they do.

“Britain’s unpaid carers work incredibly long hours, usually to look after a loved one. We’re looking forward to welcoming local carers to the club and offering them a free evening of well-deserved fun.”
