AN ANDOVER veteran has backed a Christmas military campaign to support troops away from home.

Former intelligence operator Jordan Wylie, who spent 10 years in the Royal Hussars, has pledged to support Jingle Comms.

The campaign sees messages of support from the general public sent to troops away on vital operations overseas and veterans facing tough times during the festive period.

The appeal was launched by military resettlement magazine, Pathfinder International in 2017.

Jordan Wylie, who is one of the new stars of Channel 4’s Hunted TV series, said: “I am delighted to be backing Pathfinder International’s Jingle Comms campaign this year. I know first-hand being away on operations over Christmas is never easy, so this is a great way to let troops and of course veterans know we are thinking of them.”

The 34-year-old will be supplying his own message of support, and the magazine is asking others to send in theirs to mail@pathfinderinternational.co.uk.
