CAREER drop-ins are helping students plan their futures at an Andover School.

John Hanson school have set up a new initiative, introducing ‘Careers Drop-ins’.

These drop-ins provide an opportunity for people to come in during a lunch time and talk to students from years 9 to 11 about what it is like to work in their business and career area.

So far, the school have welcomed Jack and Lilly, two ex-students who are now completing apprenticeships with Microsoft, and Ami Turner from Andover and District Mencap.

John Hanson also have another ex-student, Archie, visiting from Stannah later in the month, and Ocado, Wessex Archaeology, Eric Robinson Solicitors, Strathmore Vets, Preformed Lined Products, SCL, British Airways and Thermo Fisher are other names that have signed up.
