Basingstoke Magistrates Court
MAGISTRATES have fined an Andover man who carried out a racially-motivated attack.
Jason Derek Baigent, aged 45 and of Helford Court, admitted to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour that was racially aggravated on September 20, which intended to cause alarm or distress.
At Basingstoke Magistrates Court on November 29 he also admitted to another charge of the same nature, said to have happened between September 1 and 20.
He was fined £360 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
