A MAN who threatened his victim while holding a knife has been handed a suspended sentence.
Justin Lee Randall, of Dauntsey Lane, Weyhill, was found guilty for threat offence, which took place on July 6, last year, following a trial at Basingstoke Magistrates Court last Friday.
Magistrates handed him a six week sentence, suspended for 67 weeks, but the 31-year-old must carry out 80 hours unpaid work.
Randall must also pay £620 court costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
