MAGISTRATES have banned a man from getting behind the wheel after he was caught drink driving.
Andrew Baker, of Fuller Way, Andover, was spotted close to his home on February 4 driving a Ford Fiesta.
A breath test revealed he had 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35.
At Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday the 43-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
He was banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay an £80 fine. Baker must also pay £30 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
